conference fee

Conference fee includes registration fee, lunch (Wed–Fr), refreshments and coffee breaks, reception (Tuesday), Gala Dinner (Thursday), Barbecue-Buffet (Friday).

SNTS Officers, sponsored members/sponsored guests are not personally charged.

1. All fees are in Euros.

2. For any changes after registration, a fee of 20 € will be applied.

3. Accompanying Persons Excursion: 31 July, Kassel, 70 €

4. Saturday Excursions, 3 August 

• Excursion 1: Celtic World (Glauberg) and Roman Fort (Saalburg) (price: 45 €)
• Excursion 2: UNESCO World Heritage site, Upper Middle Rhine Valley (price: 70 €)

5. Payment method

• After sending the registration form a proforma invoice will be sent to you. Bank details will be on proforma invoice. After receiving a proforma invoice you will need to pay the total amount by SEPA bank transfer or credit card within the next 3 working days.
• To avoid unnecessary fees we strongly recommend that SNTS-delegates from EU countries (+ Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom) pay using SEPA-transfer (Single Euro Payments Area): SEPA transfer = dt. “Banküberweisung”.
• Credit Cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB.
• Any registrations will not be considered valid until full payment is received.

6. Cancellation Policy

For Cancellation received

• before 31. March 2019           20 € fee will be charged.
• 1. April to 30. June 2019       20 € fee plus 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• after 30. June 2019     100% of the total amount will be charged.

• Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after 30. June 2019.
• All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
• Any Registrations will not be considered valid until full payment is received.
